  • How does the billing Work? We bill once monthly and payment is due in advance for the month. We do automatic payments via credit or debit card and sometimes by auto bank withdrawal. You may pay be check, but there is an additional $10.00/month charge for check processing. We hold the credit card information securely. Credit Card information is collected over the phone or you may fill out a form and mail it to us authorizing the use of your card for the regular monthly payment.

Call 530-605-2204 or email If you call support and do not get a live technician on the phone, please leave a message with your name and phone number and they will call you back within 60 minutes. If they cannot help you over the phone, they will forward the problem to one of our service people to schedule a service call as necessary.
